Refund policy

Gomez Grocery Wallart is operated by GOMEZ GROCERY DISTRIBUTION LLC.

1. Return Window

Unused wall decor in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items showing use, frame damage, or removed packaging are not returnable.

2. How to Start a Return

Contact support@gomezgrocerydistribution.com before sending any return. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and any instructions by email. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

6. Processing Your Return

If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you will not pay anything: we arrange the replacement or refund at no cost to you, and you will not be asked to cover return postage. For all other returns (for example, an unused item you no longer want), return shipping is paid by the customer and we do not provide prepaid return labels.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, contact support@gomezgrocerydistribution.com to arrange a return under the policy above; once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
