1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship to APO/FPO boxes, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of order placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping rates and the estimated delivery window are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Oversized or multi-pack orders may arrive in separate tracked cartons.

4. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the order ships. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days, contact support@gomezgrocerydistribution.com.

5. Delivery Issues

If a package is marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help resolve it.
